BIOGRAPHY: After working at large and small firms in New York City, he started his own practice during which he has worked on over $100,000,000 in §1031 real estate transactions, recently probated estates valued in excess of $50,000,000, closed on an individual townhouse in New York City in excess of $30,000,000, as well a variety of residential and commercial buildings, and represented venture capitalists, and closely-held businesses in a variety of situations.

BIOGRAPHY: Before joining Herbst & Associates, she worked on litigation and bankruptcy matters as well as Estate related work. Ms. Zion regularly handles a wide variety of residential real estate matters, appears frequently in Surrogate’s Court and works with clients on a wide range of matters.
